new mixer

Yes, the Toneport only has two ins and can only record two tracks at a time. You could certainly record many mics at once through the mixer, like your whole drum kit, but to get individual snare, kick, hat, overheads, you'll have to overdub.
 
You'll need a computer interface with as many inputs as you need for multitracking. Look for a nice 8 input interface.
 
wat would you suggest i put in the 2 tracks, like the kick alone in one track and the rest of the drumset in the other?

also wat do you mean when you say overdub
 
If you want to record drums, I have used this method on my Alesis board.

Use the recorderman method, and place the kick mic and pan it center. This method does not have high fidelity and need trial and error work to find the right sound. That only needs 3 channel of your board.
