Cosmic, is this a "metal" song? If it is then it works, if it's not, I don't see it being on the top 40. The whole song makes sense except there's one line I don't understand, "you built up the ramparts". What are you trying to say there? Interesting take on medieval times, I like it!

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your comments; I hadn't thougt of it in metal terms, since it is a genre I don;t normally listen to, but looking at it now, yes I think it could work as such. The 'ramparts' bit was just an extension of the king and queen motif, to indicate self-imposed isolation.
