Oh Shit Son

Yo, I'm feelin this one alot kid. Nice rhymes, nice beat, sharp delivery. You on point and you already took what i was gonna say. (i think i should be mixed) because the beat drowns you out at times. You know i'm not about no bullshit and when i say shit's hot or i feel it you know it true. Keep up wit the good work kid.
Peace Love Respect,

Ya Boy Kevlar

thanks

i'm not trying to come off as a wannabe gangster or anything like that. i hope that my message isn't misinterpreted. i'm just trying to relay a message that everyone is capable to have that moment of insanity which causes a lot of bad decisions. a lot of people put other people in situations where barbaric actions are taken.

yO THIS SHIT IS WICKED. THAT BEAT IS A KILLA YOU MADE THAT? i WOULD DROP THAT DELAY TIME A LITTLE OR EVEN JUST DELAY KEY WORDS. OR DROP THE DELAY DOWN LOW OR PULL IT WAY OUT L AND R TO MAKE IT NOT AS LOUD. OH SHIT I JUST REALIZED YOU SAID YOU AINT MIX IT YET. SO FORGET EVERYTHING I SAID GOOD BEAT

thanks

thank for checking out the song fellaz, i'm going to mix it down today hopefully. i'm going to take your ideas into consideration soundboy. yeah soundboy i made that beat a while back, i just been sittin on it. i have a few beats in my collection. i just decided to write to it yesterday.

im feelin this..u need to hurry and mix this up..very tight beat..keep up the hard work

thanks for the love

yo, thanks bknot. i'm mixing it now, i'm adding a lil mo to it. just a lil mo.

Nice work on the drums on this. Definitely want to hear the finished mix. I listened to "Pick Up Your Weapon" and that's a tight track as well. Did you win the comp?

This is joint is gravy baby and i'm listening on Lo-Fi. I haven't been to work in about 3 days hahahahahaha.....i love out processing.

Just hook up the delay, so that the delay is on point....like cut some back. I can definitly ride to it, and that's usually what i try to do. See if i can ride to a beat, cause man if you can't ride to it then it's not going to be listened to that often. Sh*t i still listen to that old Tela, 8Ball and MJG, old outkast, man all that stuff you could just bump to and stab out all day.

Keep putting it down.

ok

i have the phase two down with a test mix. i'm going to have to put this on the back burner. i'm relocating to kuwaite at the end of this month, plus i'm currently moving my family from off of this army base into an apartment across town. so wifey doesn't have to worry about the grass being cut while i'm gone.

it's track numbe two. i renamed it to"you ain't no killah"

you gotta hit me up with a mp3 of this when u mix it over. I'm really feeling this . i hope u dont take to long to get situated after your big move. u'v become quite the activist in this neck of HR

Twice as long now? Nice.

I really like the intro on this.

Mixin' sounds pretty good, but the vocals sound like they need more work - don't ask me how; you know how expirienced I am at mixing.

damn

the mix was a complete failure. even though it was a test mix, i was still hoping it would be able to pass the car stereo test. it sucked gentleman.

you are right man, they were harsh as hell. that's what i get for trying to fix it in the mix and not doing it correctly from the mic.:(

man, i wish i could record it again, and have it right so i could give it to you right now. i'm going to dust myself off and try again.

that's about the only thing i had close to getting right in the mix. i kept the over exagerated delay in the conversation-hook purposely for affect not effect.

it'll be a while before i get the finaly mix. it's going to take some trial and error. i just have to remember to keep my fingers off of those damn plugins. i didn't win the competition, shyaat i was up against lazi, so that speaks for itself. those cats slept on us over there at that forum. we didn't get as much support as we would have liked. oh well, it's another beat to put in my goodie bag.

Very real lyrics

thanks. i just want to give everybody an understanding of me. i rap about a lot of violence, but i don't do it cause i'm violent.
i'm not a method rapper, i just like exploiting the evils that men do. every subject i touch on is apart of man's nature, some things lie dormant within us and others are active. what is active or dormant in one person may be the total opposite in the next. david banner and the incredible hulk, dr. jekyl and mr. hyde is a true representation of mankind. man has been battling good and evil, which is within himself since the beginning of time. we all have our vices and some believe our vices are our demons.

everything i talk about isn't dark. i cover the club atmosphere, relationships, to keep it short i talk about life as i know it and that's how i keep it "real".

thanks

i would like to thank everyone for the feedback. i owe a lot to this place

I love the "but you ain't no killah" in the background - that is tight as hell!

cool

thanks abyyss, i thought that would add a nice touch to it.
