new gear = new tune

My first new song in a long while. I moved, upgraded gear and sort of feel Im strting to get this recording thing. There are a couple of timing issues, due to my 12 year old playing drums for me. But this was just a test.

Kudos to your 12 year old...

I've worked with a lot of older drummers who can't hold time as well as your kid.

I also appreciate drummers who don't 'overplay' the song.

I've got a drummer right now who is phenomenal, but he likes to show everybody just how good he is, no matter what the song actually calls for... kind of ruins it for me.
