New demo mix suggestions

The transients of your guitar need to be handled a tiny bit, when you smoke the strings on the downstroke the trasient plows through but not the rest of it. I might turn 'em down a bit altogether, actually. The vocals need to be a lot louder too. Something whacky seems to be happening to the drums also, and they might be a little too compressed. It seems like the vocals, drums, and guitar, are all struggling to occupy the same space. All the elements seem to be there, but there seems like there are a few engineering flaws standing in the way of making it ace.

But don't take me too seriously, I'm just a project studio dude.

thanks for responding .....can you explain this in laymens terms....im not following..also can you tell me how to get a better mix...thankyou

Basically it means the hardest parts of the acoustic guitar are loud and inconsistent and punch through the mix. I'd compress them a bit.
