No bashing, I though you played it well. Your vocal wasn't great but I can hear the raw ingredients and I have no doubt that a real good track could be got with a bit of coaching. Some editing with melodyne or something could shine it up some, but to my ears a better vocal could have been achieved with a bit more work. Sing it like you meant it. Sell it!
I would think about creating a pocket where the vox sit. Carve a bit with EQ? Consider putting a comp on the main guitar using a side chain with the vox as the trigger. Ducking. Use the pan pots To create space between the instruments leaving room in the middle for the vox? High strung guitar or capo so its not sharing so much real estate with the vox? Try to get it where the vox is easy to hear without being too loud.
Maybe enhance the interplay between the guitars with slider automation.
It could get muddy fast with a bunch of reverb on the vox, but id like to hear some ambience. Possibly a vox clone with a high pass filter on it (not going to the mix) with a nice stereo verb EQ'd such that it wouldn't take away from the front and center placement of the main vox.
Merry Christmas!!
