New Construction - design ideas

im looking to design a studio 30x30 or 40x30 its going to be slab construction all new so if you dont like those demetions change them..... im just looking to see what you guys would do with something like this

iv been playing around in some cad programs for ideas but have really come up short

so any ideas drawings.... feel free to post
