i'm stupid, but what's the difference between a rackmount, HTPC and a regular ATX case?
and what advantage do u have with the rackmount that u don't with those other case?
i spoke to the manufacturer and he said it would retail for £130.
it can be rackmounted or turned on it's side to be a tower case or if you put the feet on the base and take the rack wings off you have a desk top case.
the optical roms can be fitted vertical or horizontally
he also said the motherboard does not screw to the case it sits on some sort of sound dampening material.
this case was reviewed in sound on sound and the guy was so impressed that he pre ordered his in april 2006.
all in all sounds like it's not a bad case.we will have to see how it is recived once it has been released.
