New B1's vs New C4's for Acoustic Guitar

Having a hard time finding opinions on the differences of these mics for recording acoustic guitar. I have a pair of B1's and like them but you can't do a coincident pair with LDC's.

Noticed the C4's also have the bass rollof switch. That's important to me as well.

Anybody with experience with these two? I emailed PMI Audio a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard back from them.

I have considerable experience with both mics. I've used the C-4's for remote stereo recording, as overheads, and on acoustic guitar. For those applications, they are the best SD mics I've used in that pricerange, including Oktava MC012, Rode NT5, and MXL 603. I do prefer the Oktavas for rock overheads, though. Until I got a C414 and a pair of Neumanns, the C-4's were my main acoustic guitar mics. Now I use them mostly for remote stereo recording, where I don't want to risk the Neumanns. I don't use the B-1 for much of anything anymore, I've got better mics for almost pretty much any application.- Richie
