new 1.15 dh24 software

anyone bought a new hd24 with the new software?? I just bought another hd as my old one has 1.02 and the brand new one is also 1.02. It was promessed to be 1.15 by guitar center boy. He says now must be you can only download from there web site. This be true????? Jim
