Hey,
So along with every other Lo-fi head in the world I've been wanting a 388 for a while now. Been looking for months....Getting close to finishing the new record and time's running out to find one to run stems in to to mix... Things sound 'ok' in the box, u-he satin, Kramer tape and magnetic are helping. But I really want to ditch those plugins and do it properly for final mixes....I have a 488 but the 4 tracks simultaneous recording is kind of a limit too far for what i need to do. And everything i hear thats recorded on 388 sounds pretty much exactly how i want it....If anyone has a 388 they'd like to sell I'd be so stoked to buy it off you. Please get in touch. Many thanks.
