Need some help in my upgrade for my studio.

My current set up is:

tascam us-144 interface
Audio techinca 3035 Microphone
M-audio Bx5As Monitors

I been wanting to take my next step up to a more professional sound. After doing a tad bit of research i been thinking of either getting a new microphone or better speakers. Microphone is solely for recording vocals for hip hop/rap tracks. In the monitors department I'm thinking of upgrading from 5 inch woofers to 8 inch. I know i said either or but I will eventually be upgrading both sections of my studio, Just wanted to know which was the smarter section to upgrade.

Well, I cant listen to that with the kids in the room (you stupid N*^&$r bitch). But the intro is sure cool. Sounds like you need monitors. And maybe you could find a way to communicate what your feeling better.... ;)
