Need some critiques on my mix

Hey guys, looking for some thoughts on this mix.

Someone mentioned there might be phase issues with the drums. Do they sound off to you? My room is less than ideal and I had to notch out some obnoxious frequencies. Could this have thrown off the phase? I used only 3 mics and made sure they were equidistant to the snare.

Also, I always have a hard time mixing my singer's voice. The more I try to eq out harshness the worse it sounds. Do the vocals seem a bit harsh to you?

Any other thoughts on the mix or the song itself would also be appreciated! Thanks!

Regardless, I am not to keen on detecting phase issues, but to my ear the drums sound fine, as does the vocal.....well sort-of.

The vocal seems a little lifeless. Not very crisp in the mix. Not sure if a little compression, saturation and eq could bring it out better, or if its more a matter of mic choice. Also, the whole things sounds way too dry to me. Needs some space (reverb) to help it melt together a little better....
