Need reccomendations on better inputs for my computer (aka mbox, firebox, etc)

Well, I have been using my soundblaster audigy gamer as an input and it isn't really cutting it. The signal received isn't very good. I want something that is 24-bit/96khz. I'd like to get one for PCI. Looking to spend about 120 bucks? Can I get anything for that? I was checking this out:

nothing wrong really with E-MU but a would recommend the M-Audio cards for descent quality, compatability and support.

so what do you guys think about that m-audio PCI card that was posted? should it be better than my line-in on my soundblaster audigy?

what features are you looking for? how many inputs do you want? do you want expandability, in case you later desire more inputs? do you need midi? do you need xlr inputs/preamps with it (i assume not since i dont think either of the above included this)?

etc.

The delta 44 or 66 would be worth checking out too.
