need program to play music sheet note on computer

looking for a program that will allow me to enter music notes / cords from a song book or music sheet i found. then play them so I can found out how a song sounds so I can learn how to play it on my guitar. or paino. I am a little disabiled and need a computer assist ad to learn music better.

Finale, Sibelius...or Noteworthy (if you want to save money)

Those programs will allow you to scan sheet music too, so look into a scanner if you don't have one.

you know, i've tried that with finale and never got any good results. it always ended up more screwing the music up than helping

Well I've never had any luck getting Finale to do anything . . .
