need opinions on this soundcard? terratec

Bear in mind that the inputs on the breakout box are rca type. Not for use with regular mic inputs.

there a german site that ship round europe and for sure are my cheapest option. i want to record my own albumn here at home and even though i will only be doing one track at a time i definatly want the option of micing drums and being able to do a decent mix which is why i like the 8i/o. any suggestions for an alternative would be gratefuly accepted and much appreciated
