Need midi cable pinouts 15 pin gameport to 5 pin din

Any one has the pinouts so I can make a cable to hook up my synths to my 15 pin game port on my sound card?
Can't find the pinouts anywhere on the 'net'
15 pin gameport male to regular midi plug (5 pin din)

COMPUSA, BESTBUY, or almost anywhere with a decent sotware stock should have em.... They are sold as a learn to play at home type package or about $20+.

Hell call a catalog business (AMS, Muscians Friend...) they will have em but they just don't list them. Just ask the sales person...

I want the pin outs so I can "make" them.

Around where I live, none of the stores have them, including best buy and radio shack. I know I can order it on line, but I would like to make a few up myself.
