NEED helps with EMU0404!!!!

hi,

i have just bought the EMU 0404 soundcard, and having some problems with the setting and such. can you guys help me to solve the problems pleaseeeeeeee, I wouldnt know how much I will appreciate ya'll...

1. i have a problem with my output. i dont know why, but i kinda hear my right speaker louder than the left speaker...
2. can anyone guide me through how to use the PatchMix
3. and, i cant record from my mixer

>.< these stuffs is really bustting.........iono if some's wrong with the soundcard or wat's the problem....

i would show much appreciation if you guy could help me with these problems :(

Check all your I/O connections. Try reinstalling the drivers. Do you have 2 soundcards? Whats the set-up your using? I don't have this card yet but I'm looking to get it. But sometimes I have this right louder then the left with my turtle beach santa cruz. And I have to click on the mute wave really fast and it gets better. But I have these crappy drivers from dell from 2002 for it. So either reinstall your drivers or update them. GL, HF.
