i used to have cubase sx before and i used sampletank xl to make music.
but now that ive switched to protools i couldnt make it work because sampletank is a (vst) plugin
and protools uses (rtas)
ive downloaded the vst upgrade to install it
but it wouldnt work.
ive made it run before on protools but thats because i hired a midi specialist.
but he charged me $100 an hour.
help needed....i know theres the vst to rtas adapter but will it really work?
has anybody used it

BigRay seems to think ANYBODY asking a question about plugin's is using a crack. I guess if you actually bought it, you don't have ANY quetions about it.

Hey Ford Van...sign your rep ..is that too much to ask?..its easily figured out..so why not sign your name??For all your alleged knowledge here(or either you are a good BSer, havent figured it out yet), you sure are a coward when it comes to that(more than once ive heard about you leaving negatives without signing..)....and in my mind, theres nothing worse than a coward.

And a lot of the people that post here about plugins ARE using cracked versions. Facts are facts are facts... do a search and youll see the history. WAVES plugins are expensive. VERY expensive. Pro Tools plugins are expensive....Algorithmix...expensive. the average joe cant afford them...this board , by and large ,is average joes, yeah???Including myself.

You sling a lot of shit and accusations around here....so whats wrong with others doing the same.??Dont be a hypocrite.

that being said, follow your own advice and chill out, Dawg. Smartass comments arent professional and wont change a thing.

and Prozik,if you arent using cracked software, my apologies. had you mixed up with someone else. My mistake. I have no problem admitting wrong, or fessing up to something I did that was out of line.

The VST wrapper I use is from FXpansion. I've never used it with VSTi's before though. Should be able to google and see if anyone's tried, sampletank and the FXpansion wrapper are both pretty popular.
