i have fostex vf160, and for quite some time i didn´t use it.

but no there is some problem i´ve got, when i start it up, it starts up like normally,
then goes straight into "setup R30" and want´s to format, does not allow me to back out of it,
so, if i choose "IDE" and continue choosing either standard or quick, the display shows "Disk format. Wait formatting!"
and "good = 0MB. bad = 0MB. and remain = 41,112. and nothing happens after that... ????

please help me fiqure this out.

My standard response: try booting up with your most recent system disk in the CD drive.
