Need Help Setting Up System!

Hey everyone,
I've been trying to get my PC ready to record, and have had a ton of roadblocks. I need to know how exactly to connect my equipment, to begin recording. I'm new at this equipment stuff. I have a MPC 2000 which I record all my music into, and put it into song mode, I have a Proteous Rack Mount Keyboard Module, A makie mixing board, some self powered computer speakers, A M-Audio keyboard controller, a Midiman 2x2 usb interface, and I'm goint to be using Sonar 4 or Nuendo as my multitracking program. How do I hook everything up Midi wise together? and make it work so I can record?

If you don't get an answer soon in here go straight to the midi mania forum, prefix with an apology for bringing newbie stuff there, explain you dropped a Q in Newbie landto no avail & then copy your Q in & hope for a kind hearted type to help you out.
To me midi is that terrible small, though not micro, component stereo system of the 90's or worse the mid calf length dresses popular in Western Sydney in the mid 70's.
