Need help ppl! Im noob

I have a burning feeling of making my own Mix. I have about 20 myself made Trance songs and i would like to make them as a one single song if u know what i mean. So i want to put the puzzle pieces together so that there would be no pauses. Like livesets they have no pauses but there are many songs "inside". Im dumb noob but what can u do about it? So my question is what progs/equipment i need to make my own "live-set" ? Thx for your time and hope u understand this shiatz i wrote.

just get a sequencing software,and mix each beat down, then make it so that as soon as one ends, the other picks up on a different track, or it could be the same track.

read that, it can help you find a way to make it so you hear no gaps or clicks at all when the cd changes tracks
