Need help from mineral wool users!

I replaced every single ceiling panel in my studio with fabric-covered 2" Roxul without any problem.
The only thing it can't do is support potlights - you do need 703 for that.
 
If rigidity is an issue, get the semi-rigid. It has a higher PCF (4.0) in general but is pretty firm. I used 2" semi rigid on my Live room walls. Very stiff and easy to cover with fabric

They are located in Chicagoland. I'm heading there for lunch.

I spoke with Matt who was very VERY helpful.

He said the roxul are 2x4 or 3x4 panels so I think they might be shipable via ups. Also said it was roughly 1/3 the price of fiber glass.
