need feedback on my mp3

my band recorded this demo www.scarrredtheory.com/music in a garage on my computer. I mixed in sonar 4. We are currently on garageband.com getting ripped on the mix. Need some serious help. Perhaps what i can do with the vocals to make them stand out more. Alot of people are saying that there is too much bass and drum. and everything sits in the middle. Well tell me what you think i can do in the mix to help this
