Need feedback (Dance/Trancesong)

Hey guys,

I'm completely new in this community and I'm also completely new to this dance genre. However, I would love to have some feedback coments on my track. I haven't recorded the vocals, yet, but still I would like to have your opinion to the mix. I know I'm not the greatest mixing engineer around and I only record and mix at home. Therefore, you shouldn't expect too much. But I give my very best. :)
Maybe you've got suggestion according to the way I mixed this tune, since I'm actually more into rock/pop-music and I only know a thing or two about dance productions. I hope you can help me! :)

GREAT music, greatt sound n mix, only feedback have is perhaps work littl on transitions, but thats matter of taste might be like u want it, keep it up!
 
Sounds pretty good too me, an old raver. I would say personally the bass drum is a touch too loud. It seems to make the rest of the track dip a little when the bass drum hits. I'd like to hear something more in the meat of the tune. It's a good beginning but I would look for another hook the come in over it and make the track take off. Just to give it that Umph and send it off like a spaceship. Hands in the air part! If you know what I mean?

It's good though, a great effort :thumbs up:
 
Thank you very much! And yes, you may be right with the volume of the bass. I can't really hear it on my monitors, so I just always give it a try. But I'll try to follow your advices and try to come up with a new version!
