Got any idea when ya' CD's may reach us back in England?

'Coz when it does, U can count on my sale.

Oh, and hev U tried sending a disc off 2 Interscope yet.

It's tha bomb 4 tha rap world of music.

Go to Interscope and get on 2 FAQ - select "how do I get my band signed" + there's ya address.:)

Abyyss,

My group, The Foundation, will be releasing our sophmore album in April of 2003. I'm actually planning on doing quite a bit of promo in England as I've found we get great support their. Peoplesound.com is based in England and the responses I got their from my solo album in '99 were phenomenal.

When it is released everyone who has helped me here will get some sort of discount, if not a free one, depending on the total cost of the album.

In reference to your referral to Interscope. I appreciate it, but as an artist I'm not looking for a record deal. I wouldn't mind having some sort of distribution deal with a major, but never an artist deal. I don't want to bastardize my music and getting a deal is about the best way of doing so.

In sending out my discography I'm loooking to get production work on other artists albums basically.

As always, thanks for your suggestions and I'll let you know when we get closer to the release date.

Can't wait. Get it out in stores quick;)

Yeah, England's good 4 hip-hop as it's really taken off back here.

Also, u have an advantage being from America as 70% of all music that is successful is American (good 4 u, bad 4 me)

Which towns u plannin' on hittin'?

Abyyss,

Yeah, it's hard for English artists to break here, but it has been done. I wish you the best of luck and if there is anything I can do to help, let me know.

As far as the specifics on where we will release, I'm not exactly sure as of yet. As the release date nears we will get into all of that. The connections I made at Peoplesound and elsewhere online with people in England will probably dictate where our sales will be concentrated. Hopefully, we can blow up a few cities and then the album can spread by word of mouth and radio play.

I really do appreciate your continued support and like I say, let me know if there is anything I can do to return the favor.

Thanks,

Stray

YOU REALLY NEED TO GET ON AIM :D :D

I'm gonna listen to these songs... Actually I've listened to 1 here 1 there but haven't had time to sit and listen to each one and provide feedback, BUT you know I will stray.... What I have heard so far is good. The girl on your tracks sounds like Nelly Furtado to a tee. Anyway, get on their so we can talk live while I listen.....

I don't wanna here that bullshit that you can't :D

Gec,

Alright man I will get on AIM, tomorrow. I'm too tired to do it tonight and I have a track I want to upload.

The girl on the track is this girl Nina I used to work with. The girl not only has an excellent voice, but she looks good too. I tried calling her up for work on this album, but I guess she's too busy, being a stripper and all. Such is life.

Keep in mind these are from '99.

Barefoot,

I thought alot about what you said, that's why I love that type of criticism. I think I know what the problem is. I don't multitrack my beats. I only have 4 effects available for all the tracks and I have to use 1 channel strip for all the sounds coming out of a particular module. I guess I'm just a little lazy. I do see how this will benefit my music though and I will be trying it with the next mix I do.

Thanks again for the advice man it really helps.

Don't really have much 2 ask of, I suppose we could collaborate some time, via the power of the net (of course!)

Oh, and I'm workin' on some beats 2 get summit recorded so you can actually hear me (and maybe some of my dogs from Untitled), though it may take more than a month like I first promised:D

(Got a looooooooooooonngggg manual 2 read:rolleyes: )

Abyyss,

I didn't see your most recent post yesterday. We can definitely talk about a collabo and I'm looking forward to hearin you stuff, regardless of how long it takes.

Uh? Oh, sorry - what was I sayin'?:D

Abyyss,

If she stayed with me from 99 we'd both be in the industry right now!!! This girl is an amazing talent, not sure how good she is a stripping though. I guess I might have to check her out on those skills as well.

LOL on the daydreaming.
