Need a Wiring Diagram

I am building a weird strat with 2 humbuckers and I am looking for a wiring diagram with the following: 5 way switch set up for coil taps, 2 tone knobs and a master volume. If anyone could find me something like that I would be super grateful. I am just a bit confused about 5 way switches.
 
What do you want the 5-way to do? Like, which combination of coils should come up at each of the five positions?
 
The Seymour Duncan site has wiring diagrams for just about every pickup configuration under the sun.
 
Thanks everyone! I am not sure how I plan on configuring it yet. Eventually I swap out the 5 way for a 3 way and a pair of dpdt switches but for now this should work fine. As a bass player this is my first time wiring up a 5 way switch.

No guitar needs that many switches...;)
