Need A sound card

I an using a sound card a Santo Cruiz with an on bord Synthizer for MIDI
and AUDIO (Cheepie)

I also have installed M-Audto sound card

The Santo Cruiz can only work at 16 BITS Midi or Audio
The M-Audio can Operate at Higher Bit Rate 16,24 & 96 bits
but only Audio

Anyone knows where I Can buy a Good sound card or module
with an on bord synthizer that can handle MIDI and AUDIO at higher
recording Bit Rates than 16 bits

I tried using soft synt with the M Audio but the Latency porblem is too much
to handle

I need a Good card around 4 to 5 hundered bucks with on bard synt MiDI & Audio
higher than 16 bits

Maybe I diden't ask a smat question or the experts out there
don't appreciate post's from canadians.

all I need to know from the smart people on the forum is
and know you guys know your stuff

where can I buy a soundcard or module
Midi/audio with voices on the card (a chip)
that I can record @ 24 or 32 bits at Higher than 44.1khz

I know there are sone out there but thet only work at 41.1khz

somebody say something please
