I just came across an old Epiphone "Electra 10" tube amp. I need to know how much it is worth (if anything) and how hard would it be to find tubes to re-tube that bad boy.

Are you sure it's "old"? That was recently (and maybe still is) a current model (assuming you mean "Electar"). Some retailers were blowing them out for something in the neighborhood of $100. I think I've seen them on eBay as low as the $70 range.

Retubing shouldn't be an issue.

Thanks guys...could be electar or something like that. I'll have to look into the e-bay thing. Maybe someone on e-bay will have a photo I can compare.
