need a new drum set, help me

i'm wanting either a sonor 5001, pacific cx, or premier artist maple. anyone with these typs of sets, post the pros and cons please, thanks alot! i'll also be getting sabian AA across the cymbal board. maybe a AAX splash.

I say either the Premier or Sonor. The Pacifics aren't bad, but because you mentioned the CXs, I just don't like the wrapped finish, but again, that's just me. If you happen to like it, it sounds like a steal of a deal, because of pricing. Other than that, it's up to personal preference. I heard the Pacific sounds pretty good for their price range. I mean, with all-maple shells, how can you go wrong?

I use a Pacific CX-series drum kit. I love it. Nice tone (with the right tuning) and a cool look. the only thing is the snare can suck sometimes. I just use my old vintage Slingerland snare. sound's great. here's some recordings of my kit: www.nowhereradio.com/zeke/singles

Out of those three I like the Premier kit. They've gotten so much better in the last few years. Have you ever considered a Pearl Masters Six Ply Maple? Might cost a bit more, but worth it if you plan to hang on to it for a while...

i like the cx finished myself..

or i would go with the LX.
I think I'm gonna go with the CX. I found it for 750 and free shipping, and that includes hardware and stuff.
