need a breakout cable help!

I recently bought an omni studio but it does not have a breakout cable, does anyone know where i can find one to connect my delta 66 adn omni i/o? I found extensions for it but i need a cable that is male on both sides like the cable which comes with the omni studio.

M-Audio is currently in the process of testing Windows XP Service Pack 2, but have not yet qualified it. Therefore, they strongly recommend continuing to use Service Pack 1 until M-Audio officially qualifies Service Pack 2 for use with there computer-based products.
