Neck Bolt Ferrules

If the neck/body join is well cut and the timbers are sound and free from obvious defects you'll be fine. What are you thinking of using them on?

Yup, just used them in a new guitar I built myself. I love the guitar, and the neck joint is really comfortable. Be aware that you will probably need shorter neck screws (not a lot, about a 1/8-1/4 inch shorter).

Thanks. It's a first-project guitar. I built a body to fit an old neck and used the existing holes in the neck instead of filling / re-drilling, so the screws don't line up in a perfect rectangle on the back. The joint's not perfect, but I want to try to make it as secure as possible.
