New drum day.
I don't know the first thing about drums
I don't know much about what I bought
Bought from craigslist
Has stereo out, headphone out, and most importantly, MIDI out so I can trigger EZDrummer.

Now I just have to learn to play the damn things
but for now they're just fun to play on

I payed 200$ for the whole kit, including the throne, brain, all the triggers, cabling, rack, some sticks and a practice pad.
I couldn't have done too bad

I don't know anything about e-kits, but 200 has got to be a good deal for all that.

Even if you think the samples sound like crap (and the cheap ones usually do), it's great when you want to practice when the kids are all sleeping. Much better than that one old pad on your lap. If those are the DD908's, they're about $600 or $700 new around here. Sweet deal, and the $140 Gibralter throne makes it even a sweeter deal.

nice little score Ndd! If it has midi capabilities (which it probably has) then you can always map/trigger new sounds from other midi devices. OOPS read the thread too fast. It does have midi.
