I want to know if anyone has tried to use the Diamond Monster MX-400 soundcard with a softsynth like Native Instruments Pro52?
Im thinking about getting a second soundcard to be placed next to my SB Live! for the only purpose of outputting my softsynth so I can track it. I just want to know about it's DirectSound Output sound. Is it smooth?
If anyone has any experience with the Diamond Monster MX-400, or even hooking it next to an SB Live, please respond!!
Latency issues using my SB Live with the Softsynth is nill.
Even with a shit load of tracks recording with CEP in stereo. So im not worried about that.
Im worried about DM's DirectSound capabilities, hopefully up to par with SB LIVE.
I also don't want any compatibility issues(SBLIVE VS DM)
