Does anybody have information on the native format of MR8 "song files", whatever they are? (That is, not just the sound files, but any other files that contain information about the tracks.)
I have an MR8 on order, so I haven't had a chance to examine these files myself, but I surely will.
It would be nice to be able to write utilities to manipulate these files on a PC. For instance, to auto-generate a tempo map based on a track where you have tapped the tempo of your song. Or, to be able to create tracks for the MR8 in its native "no data during silence" format to save memory. (Or does Wav Manager already do that conversion?)
Also, if any 3rd party utilities for the MR8 already exist, I'd like to know. Thanks!
