Well, EZ:It is a Yamaha.
I think it is one of 23 Foonman Elites with asmatic flux drive made in 1999.I may be wrong.

if i'm not mistaken, it appears to be a Yamaha Psr E403 61 Key Portable Keyboard. The PSR-E403 is an amazing keyboard for such a small price! It has a great sound set, knobs for twisting its tones, pitch bend, and touch-sensitive full-size keys for great performances. It also offers arranger workstation functions including a 6-track song recorder, and 16-voice multitimbral capability.
