N-Track Recording .5-step Lower?

I just downloaded N-Track and it sounds like its recording what I am playing .5-step lower (my voice/guitar and all sounds deeper). Windows recorder records fine so I think the problem is with N-Track. Anyone know anything about this problem? (i was thinking it could be some limitation to the download, but thats a total guess).

To me that sounds like a sample rate mismatch.
