myspace browser for bands....not working at all

So when I try and browse people within my own friends list, it simply doesn't work. I created a dummy acount to see if it had the same problem and it did. Does anyone else have this problem? Are there any alternatives if I wanted to find specific people in my list by zip code??

The friend search has been whacked forever. I wish they would get that working right.
