Hello my Yamaha dx7 (Mark 1) wont start up suddenly? ive had it and used it fredquently since i bought in 2017 from japan (I live in sweden but use a transformer to convert the power to european voltage) ive never had any problems like this before with it? think it could be problems with the c10 condensator or maybe a crack in the soldering joints or might it be anything else? would really appreciate any help with trouble shooting whats wrong with it cause i use it all the time! ive checked the fuses with multimeter and they´re fine at least! Any help would be appreacited
it wont start up when i flick the switch!
ive upploaded pictures of the inside of the synth if anyone could maybe locate a problem by looking at all the moving parts in inside! does anything look damaged?

I would go for simple first if you haven't already. Check the fuse and check your voltage converter. Just dying is usually a sign of something simple. I couldn't tell if the fuse was blown, but an Ohm meter would make quick work of that. Voltage meter for your voltage. I'm really surprised with that late model it doesn't have a multi-voltage switch.

the fuses are fine i checked with a continueety thingy! okay im gonna check the voltage converter but it seems like it works! could you tell if anything else was damaged?

Does anything work at all? Does anything light up? Does it make a turning on sound through speakers?
Have you checked absolutely ALL of the internal fuses? What about any external fuses?
I would set the multii-meter to 'buzz' and have another go at the fuses.
Next, try jiggling all the internal connectors, and get them seated firmly.
Also check that the chips which have sockets are seated in them firmly.
Then set your multi-meter to DC volts, and see if there is any regulated power on the PCBs.
What voltage is between the thick pcb tracks labelled VSS and VDD?
