My Wharfedales Came Damaged!!!!!!!!

Hey musicislife, have you emailed him lately? I know he said he was without phone or DSL for a couple of weeks, and he didn't respond to the three emails I sent him during that time. However, I got a response the same day to an email I sent him earlier this week. Maybe his inbox just got so full while he was out of touch that he hasn't waded through it. It's worth a fresh email if you haven't tried lately.

Anyway, he said that he had dealt with all backorders and claims last Friday, and my monitors showed up on Tuesday, for what it's worth.

most salesman respond quicjkly for the sale and less on the returns.
its a trained practice.
Have you tried ordering another pair? he might respond quicker?

seriously, i feel for you guys,
if your like me $189 pair of speakers is a big
investment.....sad financial affairs really.

you all sealed it for me...no Deepwater "special" deals...my luck would
be like yours most likely.

Well the package has been shipped three times now and lost by Fedex.

Please note the ship date. The first one they (Fedex) lost. This one they lost and then found and dropped off at my door and picked up to be reshipped Monday.

How does it feel to be ignored by Deepwater?:mad: I can't believe this guy.
Someone should start a post listing all of the people who have not had their
claims settled. I think I'll do that. Feel free to join my club. :p

You can handle the claim with Fedex yourself if you prefer. I would be happy to let you sort it out with Fedex. But for the record all known claims have been filed and replacements shipped this week. It takes about 3 weeks for Fedex do do a claim and then 2 weeks for me to get the replacement monitors from Wharfedale and 1 week in shipping before they hit your door.
