What I liked most about your site was the irony of you crying out to visitors who were never there. 
No, it looks pretty decent man. The font is a little hard to read though, I found myself highlighting things a lot. I wasn't too crazy about the text boxes either....did you know that IE supports a variety of cool looking text boxes/scroll bars etc? You might check into it.
Don't worry about not getting hits. I don't get hits either. I do have one suggestion: when you put up a new song in the clinic, don't link directly to it, just link to your website. That helps a lot.
