I would back up your system, uninstall your software. Install Malware Bytes Anti Malware whilst you are at it and run a virus scan. Install your audio software one piece at a time. tedious yes but the only way to know what is causing your system troubles. Did you install any new software other than for audio/drivers etc ? If so roll em back and start again.

As a last resort use a registry cleaner like the one from hoverdesk (Reg seeker) but not until you back up your OS drive.
