Looks nice . . . do you track the drums with the plexi, or is that just for rehearsal? I think you'll get better results without, also if you pull 'em off the wall a bit. The piano should be tracked away from the wall too. Try to get symmetry in your mix position too; you have a wall on the right but not the left.

I can't tell what's going on with the ceiling--is that vaulted, or is a floating cloud?

.

no i track drums in the middle of the rom without the shield on it. and i dont track that piano it doesnt sound good it needs a lot of work. my wall where my monitors are is at a alnat and so are the walla lengthwise so not wall in my controll romm is parallel. also my ceiling is drop about to feet from the actuall drywall. the guy that did our acoustics did that he said it would make the room sound 100 percent better and it acyually did . also all my rooms are conected to my four ttcable patchbays in the drum room or tracking room i have 24 xlr imputs in my vocal/amp room i have 8 inputs and in my controll room i have 4 imputs all in the walls and i run furman headphone distibutors to everyroom i allso have two imputs in my tech room and two imputs in my very small lounge area room

I know this sounds like a weird suggestion but have you thought of painting the walls to warm the space up a bit, aesthetically that is. Musician's in general don't like bright lit/ sterile looking areas. I know it sounds a bit odd but a nice warm color actually relaxes the musicians and makes things a little less stressfull. You get better performances when everyone is comfortable in the space in which they are recording.

ok.....light me up if you must....but its true

actually

actually we thought of thta exact same thing when we bought the place the walls arent really bright when ur in the studio so.. and plus i have dimmers on everylight in the whole place except for my tech room .........

Your images are so ridiculously small, it is hard to make any detail out.
