MY Studio Set Up and Best set up Synario

Hello Everyone my first Post and Hoping for Help...........
I am at Odds on which way to Go...........

My Equipment :
Zoom R 16 - Delta 1010LT - Big NOB Studio Control system- HeadAmp Pro - Tannoy Powered Monitors-
Pioneer Stereo Amp and Speakers - Creative Labs Audigy 2 SounCard- Quad Core AMD Phenom II X 4 -820 2.8 GHZ

Computer W / Win 7 Ultimate 64 BIT and CUBASE 6 .... Ok and some other Stuff you Know LCD Moniters , Cables , Keyboards , Mikes Etc.

So You Know I Used the R16 and LE4 (cubase) for about a year before I Upgraded Like a Mad Man to Whats Above,

My Question is and I am Hopeing I get some responces based on my Equipment at my disposal ........

What Is the Best DAW Setup to best Utalize First What I Have ,and Use Not Only To Record , But To Listen to CD's Mp3,s etc , based Music in my Computer Setup , and Not Be Plugging or Unplugging Wiring ....
Please Let Me Know Your Thoughts /Ideas's ...........

There's no "best"...

You can run everything through your interface card if you wish, that would stop the plugging unplugging... just select it in Control Panel / Sound / Playback... just bear in mind that some interfaces specifically suggest you do not take this step.

Everything's a compromise.

And if you type Every second Word in Capitals in your reply, I ain't talkin' to ya no more... too hard to read.
 
Like Arm says, there's no 'best'. DAWs are made for recording/mixing, other software is made for listening to CDs and MP3s. To listen to a CD in a DAW, you would have to import the files into a new project.
