My Soundcard

I'm currently upgrading equipment so i can get a better recording quality, at the moment im using a behringer b2 pro mic with a shitty behringer desk and behringer pre amp, i gotta pretty decent, esi waveterminal 192M sound card, but i have ordered the Neumann TLM103 and a focusrite platinum voicemaster pre amp, but do you think i need to upgrade the soundcard aswell to a higher spec 1, is it going to make a huge difference?

I don't think it'll make much, if any, difference, as the AD/DA converter does nothing to colour the sound. And from what i have read, it has ultra low latency, so i'd say stick with it.
