Okay. Where to start........
I had to stop reading at page 4 because there was to mych he said she said I nev er said bullshit.
Now,
I ordered.
Davisound said 5-7 weeks because it is one of our most compleicated products.
I said fine.
The sixth week into production I emailed to ask if it would be ready to ship the next week.
I was told that there were a few things that still needed to be done that can't be skipped and are neccessary for a product of this quality and ...............you get the point?
BUT!!!!!!!!
but, then he said, they really are not that behind as normal production time is about 8 weeks.
anyways, hesaid it would move into the next phase of production, FULL PRIORITY, soon.
Pretty vague, huh.
So for the next couple of weeks I got about an email every week or week and a half saying that its getting there and that bla bla bla bla bla, You're not getting this week. (Thats my own brand of paraphrasing
)
Then I emailed him again about when the first thread wass posted. At the twelve week mark, asking if the previous email would stand. Which had said that it would be moving into Priority next week, but that it is doubtful it will ship the week after because bla bla bla bla bla, Davisound is a good complany...... ya .... what ever........its not coming anytime soon.
Then as the "suggested" date approached.....that being after the date it probably would not ship by, I got an email.
Due to factors beyond our control, work on all prodjects has been stopped this week because a God-damn mother-fucking water main broke and the building had a flood.
Now, thats when I asked for a refund.
He responded to that the same day with a veryconfident email brushing away my request (said both parties "mutually" agreed to see projects through to completion) and quickly moving onto giving me another date to wet my pannies over, June 30, I replied asking that if the date is missed, that I be given a refund.
Nomore emails for about a weeks and a half.
Now the thing is supposedly on its way to my home.
I still am very happy that I am getting it. I still want it.
Now for what other people are saying.
If I was told it would have been 3 1/2 months. Fine. I would have probably still ordered it. But he didn't say 3 1/2 months. He said 5-7 weeks. Then 8 weeks.
then......just a little more time. We have to do this and that.
Well, no shit Shurlock. Obviously this and that has to be done. But it could have been done 3 fucking weeks ago. or 4 weeks ago. or 5.
I really don't care what he HAS to do. All I care about is that its done when he says it will be done.
And for the record. That website sucks the sweat off my balls. This is Phoenix so there is a good amount of it too right now.
The website is a damn infomercial. I know he doesn't want to have adds like Dove or PurtPlus, but I don't care what animals were or were not tested on. And I sure as hell don't care what the chemical compound is made up of. I just want to wash my damn hair and body.
