My new house

Hey Guys,


My wife and I are buying a house in December. Just wanted to run the layout of the new studio space by you, for an potential problems:

My new studio space :

1. Is rectanglular 21' by 10'
2. Has ceramic floors and a 7' drop ceiling
3. 1 long way and 1 wide wall is drywall
4. The other "wide" wall is a closet door, and the other "long wall" is not a wall. It's open

Any potential problems with any of this ?


(I know it's not great, but it's all I can afford for now, and it's bigger than my current studio).
