Hi all: Judy and I had a turkey diner tonight and it was sure good. I ate a lot and I think that tryptophan did its job with finding a groove. I recorded a couple songs after eating and it just felt like I found a new 1 man band on my feet and hands. Maybe I will have to start eating tryptophan before I play. Merry christmas everyone!
