SLuiCe, I recorded it on a Roland VS-2480.
You might want to put the .com in your link, took me a minute to figure out what was wrong with the link!

Sorry.
The guitars at 3:38 sound really fabulous! It's good mix, I say! It could really use real drums, ya know? It is a drum machine, right?!?! Darth [/B]

Same Idea. I just pounded the beats through my Korg Triton.
Is that you singing? Darth [/B]

Ya, trying anyway

Where is that band from?

The band is from Murfreesboro, TN. I think they're pretty good...

Solomon, I didn't use any delay (manual or otherwise :) ). The snare is just compressed to hell, gated a hair, and the reverb is just a patch out of the Roland 2480 called "Room Amb".

I gave it a listen on your other post. Very good mix.
Murfreesboro, eh? My parents live in Cunningham. I used to live in Clarksvegas once upon a time.

Pretty damn awesome!

Very clean recording and awesome mix.......

sorry about the shit you recieved in the other forums....obviously the people who dished it out didnt take the time to listen to hear true talent.....

This is an excellent recording and an excellent song. I'm glad everyone appreciates the recording aspect because it is very well done but I'm surprised no one seems to enjoy the song as much as I did. Oh well. Nice job. Can I buy that bands CD somewhere?

Thanks Gidge, that means more than you could ever know!

AndyCarpenter, I'm glad that you enjoyed the tune. It should be for sale sometime, but I think the band is just taking the EP on the road with them to sell at shows for now. If you want, I'm sure we could arrange to have it mailed (or emailed) to you. :)

Thanks for reviewing this track, guys. I'm glad that I can be a part of this place.

the drums are far and away the best sounding parts of the mix. your bass instrument is kinda undefined, but there, and is the least interesting...just filling a role, I guess. The guitars are decent, but grainy, unrelentless sounding...just chording away all the time. And maybe the vocals could have a little more "in your face" by moving up to the mic more...if they could have.

I'd be interested in hearing more details about the drums...how you got your room sound, etc.
