my first online album! (kind of sloppy)

I recorded this in one day between hospital visits to my girlfriend's father, and other life responsibilities. It is kind of dark, because of the circumstances of the time. I did a 'one-shot-one-kill' kind of approach playing guitar and singing at the same time. I think it came out nice. 'lo-fi' amateurish but the songwriting was the point. I hope someone enjoys this stuff. It's done on a cheapo strat copy guitar into a Korg CR4 cassette 4 track that has a few built in effects you can only run inline, not as inserts later, so what you play is what you get. Same thing with any kind of vocal effects, I recorded it in series with the reverb, no effect sends :( but other than that, it's pretty much what-you-hear-is-what-it-actually-sounds-like quatily...

So if anyone cares to criticize the songs, the writing, the sound, offer suggestions, I'd be happy to hear them...

This is for people who feel like they have a "stupid question" but can't find an answer anywhere else. Ask away, and if it's answerable, somebody will answer it.
But no worries. Like Rami said, MP3 clinic is purpose built for your sort of question.
 
I don't see you have posted this over on the MP3 forum, so here's the quick thing: Tune The Guitar. As a guitarist, its hard for me to get past that part.
